People have said this alot but this dlc is too easy. I love Coldplay but they just want to be heard because their new album came out yesterday. GH3 felt so much more fun than rock band because of the difficulty but the fine line between them is getting much smaller. It's also going to suck that GH4 will have vocals because we'll never be able to play eruption or surfing with the alien. If only activison could realise that only hardcore gh plyers buy dlc, not casual players...

Hahaha

You know how I know you're gay?
You listen to Coldplay =D

If you don't get it... don't be insulted.

Anyways... Ya like someone said.
Rockband... Disturbed and Avenged Sevenfold.
GH3... Coldplay and that crap last week.

Ouch

LOL dude...

Well, time for me to complain again.

I'm not a Coldplay fan, but they're talented and produce good music. Listening to them won't make me want to shoot myself in the head (see Isle of Wight pack)... Maybe Neversoft is trying to promote Coldplay? I don't care. Once again, the songs are easy - WAY too easy. As others have said, Rock Band came out with two AWESOME DLC packs recently, and Neversoft tries to counter them with what? Shitty packs. I think that this is a sign that people play guitar hero to play awesome GUITAR tracks. When I got this pack, I was disappointed. Please change that Neversoft.

don't download the pack...

I've downloaded every pack available in gh3 so far (with the exception of the Dream On single, because I missed it..) and I haven't had any problems thus far. My save data is all still intact because I used common sense and read the notices. Its not the game that deletes your save data, its the player. You can read the second part of the following for more information.

Basically what happens is after you've downloaded the new Coldplay pack, and you save it to your harddrive, then try playing ANY song on ANY difficulty (and I imagine online head to head songs, too) you're unable to save and get a notice that says "Overwrite failed. No storage device was selected or the in-use storage device is unavailable" you then have the option to "retry" or "continue" if you choose "retry" (which is basically common sense) you can select your storage device again.

Then another notice appears on your screen that says "Are you sure you want to overwrite this content? All the progress within this save content will be lost" then you can either choose "overwrite" or "cancel" (with the latter being the obvious one...) After you choose Cancel, you're brought back to the setlist, with your song scores and whatnot intact, but you're unable to save.. so dont go doing anything hard that you dont think you can do again...

I'm a loyal DLC fan and i'm definately not pleased with the Coldplay Pack. It wasn't even fun.

Way too much $$$ for a bunch of shitty songs. (Btw, I am a fan of Coldplay) but COME ON.

I'm not what you'd call a Coldplay fan (metalllllllllllllllllll!!!), and yes they were easy, but they're good fun imo. It's good to have different genres in there.

Neversoft will never win though, people bitch about there not being enough DLC, and when they start releasing more, people complain that it sucks compared to RB DLC. Newsflash: you are lame.

My HQ FC videos of the tracks, would have been up much earlier but took forever to upload...

Violet Hill
Yellow
God Put A Smile Upon Your Face

Pretty easy tracks but more fun to play than the IOW pack. Not a patch on the Motörhead pack though \m/ -.- \m/

I wish guitar hero allowed for only single downloads because I want to download violet hill (it is a great song btw) but not the others.
