I'm not posting because I have a strategy for this song. I did get 100% on it, though, and my final score was 153,716. The 1st-ranked guy on this site has better than 169,000, and I just don't see how that's possible. I'm not saying I don't believe it, I just don't understand how better to use star power in this song, since there aren't any big streaks of notes/chords to take advantage of (except for the very end of the song). I know someone must have a strategy for this song, otherwise no one would've gotten much better than I did. _________________

Look at my post on killer queen/hard... I bet it would translate to expert fairly well. The key isn't always attempting to use * power on the parts with a lot of notes, but also making sure you actually get to use all of them (or as many as possible).
Looking at my score, I got a 158,000 while missing a note during that last fast part, so 8x->2x is quite a large point reduction. Hope it helps! _________________

I got 159,001 by just using SP where there was a large amount of notes, I can definently improve though. |

Echelar...Could I maybe persuade you to help a bit?
I have looked for awhile and can't find out how to get another 5-6 notes...
:*(
If not, that's cool too. I (used to be) very protective of my SP.

Two things ... combine your 2nd and 3rd uses to be one big use.
Next, on the second to last use, note the *extremely* short measure right after you're using it, and then use it after that potential blow to your sp is over. _________________

I was sharing my SP strats back in April when they were #1 on expert... I'm used to losing all my #1s because of it _________________

I'm still not there yet. I am within a few hundred of you, but I can't find what notes I'm missing. |

Maybe this will help. The uses that are the same as yours, I just guessed how long they last. Anyway, I know the start of all of them is what I use.

Yup, those were the places I was starting them. I guess I'm just missing a squeeze or two or some hold points. |

I put up a video of the current high score for y'all to compare to.
I know you can get another 20 hold pts in the beginning ... and probably another note at the end. _________________

Ech your last activation on the chart is on the 2nd to last YO and on the video it's the last YO. Which is it? _________________
