Ok, any tips for this baby? I've been trying to make a path for this but Im still coming up short to some of these scores.
My best attempt so far has been a 3(NO WHAMMY)-3(WHAMMY LIKE HELL)-2 path, all immediate activations, but it just isn't enough. And I can't seem to incorporate that last SP into anything. |

This path will get you around 172k
3- no whammy activate before next note
2- NN
2- Its either the 4th G or the 5th Y
2- NN
This path uses all 9 phases but a better path is probably using 8 sp phases _________________

I actually pathed this last night and forgot to post it. But I believe 3-2-2-2 is the better path than any but 3-3-3 is right behind it. _________________

D'oh serious laptop paranoia............
Had a great sarcastic snarky smart ass post about this and then my new laptop crashed similar to the motherboard frying on my old one.
So I'll keep this short (too late I know)
3-2-2-2 = 8884 points same starts as posted, 4th G on 3rd act., added some for the sustain ticks you can get starting before NN on 1st and 2nd activations
3-3-3 = 9073 points 1st act the same NN for the other 2. Counted all 8 measures for 2nd act.
So why isn't the near site read the better path?
2-2-2-3 = 9263 points. Double checked the math, maybe I need to fire my calculator.

I just checked your 2-2-2-3 path. From what I saw, your 3rd and 4th activatons were too long in turn knocking it back to 9063.
So I guess technically 3-3-3 is the better path by a whopping 10 points....I wonder where I went wrong when trying to figure out the 3-3-3 when I was pathing this. I'm gonna try to find my 3-2-2-2 path and see why I thought it was the better of the 3.
EDIT: Okay, I found it. Technically all 3 paths are within 20 points of each other.
According to my math, which maybe wrong, 3-2-2-2 is the superior path getting 9085.
3-2178
2-2178
2-2851
2-1878
9085 +or- ticks of course
I don't think the last G hold in 61 can be hit and still get to the end otherwise it would be 9160.(I could be wrong on that activation I'll have to see personally or a real squeezer will) _________________

With margins this small, we get into the issue of "are debr's charts 100% accurate in the first place". For example, I'm 99% convinced you can't get the 5 beats of whammy he claims you can out of the 4th/3rd to last SP phrases in Cliffs of Dover, and that some of the sustains are calculated wrong.
Also, how can it be better by 10 points? Wouldn't it have to be better by a multiple of 4? |

Ah yes, I see it now... whoops.
Still, tonight I'm doing some testing on Cliffs of Dover to confirm my suspicions. |

This is coming from someone who cannot squeeze and probably falls under the lazy whammy category:
The 3-2-2-2 path got me 171157
The 3-3-3 path got me 172003
The 2-2-2-3 path got me 171383
So, if you can't squeeze and are lacking in the whammy department 3-3-3 is probably your best choice. |

I got first by using...
3 - Immediately and ONLY wammy the very first green at beginning.
That will get you the hold part of the last red note before the next SPP.
3 - 1st BY (Wammy the shit out of all the notes)
3 - 2nd Y
That got me 173163 which is first for now on 360. |

I think it's the 5th Y.
