|
|
I've been looking over these note sheets, trying to see when I would be able to use Star Power and when I wouldn't. It was only then that I realized that I don't actually know how long Star Power lasts. So, my question to you: How long does Star Power last (in beats)? I don't exactly need every single possiblilty, but knowing how long it lasts when it's half full and completely full would be a HUGE help.
(Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Star Power lasts the same number of beats per song, which is why I didn't pick just one song.) _________________

It's the same # of measures, not beats. A half bar lasts 4 measures, full bar is 8. The measure lines are the thick and bright lines on the charts.
So, if you look at Breaking Wheel, you'll notice the beats per measure changes a lot. You'll get more time during SP if you use it when the measure lines cover more ground.
You can see the change here. So, you get 9 notes per measure for those first two, but only 8 in the measure that's solid green notes. It's somewhat deceiving. _________________

I always wondered why it seemed like my star power on Texas Flood always seemed to last longer than on other songs, now I know. |
