I have a question about the standards for the SH wiki. Would I be allowed to create a Wiki Page for this thread, since its OP is getting so large (to the point that i fear that it would crash computers) and is so popular on SH? The rules seem to be in a bit of grey area when it comes to this, since this thread is related to SH (although it isnt related to RB/GH) yet wouldnt belong on Wikipedia.

Well considering this has become a part of ScoreHero, this would work as part of the Wiki. But that will depend on how DanSoup wants to go about it. _________________

DanSoup has no problem with it, the thing im worried about is that mods will see it as irrevalant to the Wiki and take down the page. I think he would actually go along with it and support it.
EDIT: Hes fine with it, im just not going to make the page until i have some approval from mods/admin so that i know that i wont be doing all that work just to have the page taken down. _________________

Well the banners are created by the community and relevant in the sense that many use them, so I don't see any problem with this as long as the OP grants permission to convert it over. _________________

How about the Guitar Hero Banners?
That's becoming a pretty large thread and is in the same vein as the VG banners but a bit more relevant (not saying the VG ones are irrelevant). Could they be made into an article with 82erkle's permission, too? It'd be nice to put my banners on my Wiki page, which is in extreme lack of images. _________________

Absolutely. In fact, I'd much rather see threads like that on the wiki than the forums.
That way he owner can potentially grant others write access, as opposed to having so many of the huge list/info threads we have now eventually becoming dead simply because the OP no longer updates, and no one else can help.
The forums are still nice for discussion purposes (with the OP linking to the wiki) since the wiki comments aren't as visible. But anytime there's a thread with centralized content/information in the OP, it's almost always better suited for a wiki page. _________________

Wow, I'm an idiot. I thought that page only had the RB banners.
