Guitar Hero hardware sections

I've made a few hardware sections for GH and RB. There is not much content, it's mostly a skeletal framework, particularly the GH side.

Comments or changes are welcome, and content would especially be welcome for GH mods since I know nothing about the subject.

Any new pages should have a category link bank to the relevant GH/RB page.

In retrospect I probably should have called "RB1" just "RB" unless we anticipate a great deal more mods for RB2.
