Is it that hard to make a perfect peripheral. Seriously, my guitars neck slider fires off randomly, and I just got some GHWT Drums and there is insane crosstalk with the yellow and red!!! I don't want to deal with the crappy support people all the time!!! How can I fix cross talk without voiding the warranty! HELP

Isnt there a sock mod or something that has been used on the RB drums? Couldnt that work? Also, maybe that is what the program that you can use to change the sensitivity of the pads might fix (dont quote me on that though)

go to the warranty page and when it asks what your problem is, click on the cable. they will send you one within 2 days.
