ways to practice drum fills

any good tips? I'm not talking about the wavy freestyle fills of course, but the charted drum fills (before the chorus of BYOB, Assassin fill, etc.). I read a very good post in the RB section talking about stickings for drum parts and wanted to know more tips or good songs to practice fills on. Thanks

If you have guitar hero metallica, play blood and thunder and put it on slowest and work your way up. Problem solved. Also, another great song with some fun rolls in it is Kick Out the Jams if you're on GHWT, and Purple Haze if you feel like being a hardass.
